Yoni Yoga is used for reinforcing, healing and promoting a good womb room, as well as extending consciousness and linking with feminine energy while enabling one to be present with oneself, activating Shakti and pushing through any blocks.
It is possible to do yoni yoga with or without a yoni egg. Using a Yoni egg will gain a deeper physical exercise and greater spiritual work by activating the metaphysical energies during your practice.
Focus on contracting and releasing your pelvic floor muscles while breathing within your poses if you choose to use your yoni egg. Concentrate on deeply regulated breathing during each yoga pose while making a deliberate link to your womb room.
